Despite my children's usual aversion to dentists, the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and the staff made us feel welcome. The waiting room was not overcrowded, and we were the only ones there at the time. As a pleasant surprise, we were given complimentary toothbrushes and toothpaste.

The ambiance of the practice was impressive, with a pleasant scent and ambient lighting creating a relaxing atmosphere. From the moment we stepped in, it was evident that this was a dental practice that focused on providing a high-quality experience for their patients.

Our appointment was with Dr. Aisha, who was absolutely fantastic with the children. She not only provided excellent dental care but also went above and beyond to make them feel comfortable. The children even received stickers, which added an extra touch of joy to their visit.

Dr. Aisha conducted x-rays and ensured that we understood everything that was happening throughout the appointment. Who can use it?

Anyone aged 18 or over. The recipient doesn’t need to be an existing patient.

What’s included?

A suitability check with a dentist, a scan for custom-made trays, and your whitening gel. Everything you need for one course of home whitening.

What if whitening isn’t suitable for them?

A dentist checks first. If whitening isn’t clinically suitable, the full amount paid goes towards other treatment at EverySmile instead, so the gift isn’t wasted. This only applies when the dentist decides whitening isn’t suitable. It can’t be swapped for other treatment if the holder decides not to go ahead.

How long is it valid?

12 months from the date of purchase. Book and attend the suitability check within that time, and start the whitening within three months of the check.

Can I buy it for myself?

Yes. Plenty of people do.

How quickly will I get it?

Emailed vouchers go out within one working day. Cards to collect are ready within one working day. Posted cards go first class. For Christmas, order posted cards by 17 December.

What does the whitening involve?

A suitability check, a scan for your trays, then whitening at home over about two weeks with our gel.

Can it be used with Share the Smile or plan discounts?

No. The gift is a fixed price and can’t be combined with other offers.

I’ve lost the card.

Call us. If the number hasn’t been used, we’ll cancel it and issue a new one.

EverySmile Teeth Whitening Gift: terms and conditions

Who we are. The Teeth Whitening Gift (the “Gift Card”) is sold by Parwaiz Ltd, trading as EverySmile Dental Clinic, 1c Desford Lane, Ratby, Leicester LE6 0LE, company number 12268455 (“EverySmile”, “we” or “us”).
What the Gift Card is for. The Gift Card entitles the holder to one course of professional home teeth whitening at EverySmile: a suitability check with a dentist, a scan for custom-made whitening trays, and whitening gel. It is a gift of the treatment, not a sum of money, so a change to our prices after purchase does not affect it.
Price. The price shown at everysmile.co.uk/gift at the time of purchase: £220 until 25 December 2026 and £250 from 26 December 2026. Posted cards carry a £2 postage charge.
Who can use it. The holder must be aged 18 or over. Whitening is only provided where a dentist confirms at the suitability check that it is clinically suitable. If it isn’t, the full price paid can be used towards other treatment at EverySmile within 12 months of the suitability check. If the holder decides not to go ahead for any other reason, the Gift Card can’t be used towards other treatment and is non-refundable, except under clause 13.
Validity. The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The suitability check must be booked and attended within that period, and the whitening must be started within three months of the suitability check. After that, the Gift Card expires and has no value.
How to use it. Call us on 0116 350 3322 or ask at reception, quoting the number on the back of the card or on the emailed voucher. Bring the card or voucher to the first appointment.
Delivery. Emailed vouchers are sent to the purchaser’s email address within one working day of payment. Cards for collection are ready at the clinic within one working day. Posted cards are sent first class to the address given at checkout. If a posted card doesn’t arrive, tell us and we’ll cancel that number and issue a replacement.
One use, transferable. Each Gift Card can be used once, by whoever holds it. It cannot be split across more than one person.
No cash value. The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part, and no change is given. It cannot be used to buy another gift card.
Not with other offers. The Gift Card cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or membership plan discount. A person who joins EverySmile using a Gift Card cannot also be registered as a referral under the Share the Smile scheme.
No value until issued. A Gift Card only has value once it has been sold and recorded by EverySmile. Blank or unrecorded cards have no value.
Lost or stolen cards. Tell us as soon as possible. If the number hasn’t been used, we’ll cancel it and issue a replacement to the original purchaser. We can’t replace a card that has already been used.
Cancellation and refunds. If you buy online or by phone, you can cancel within 14 days of purchase for a refund of the amount paid, provided the Gift Card hasn’t been used. After that, the Gift Card is non-refundable, but clause 4 applies if whitening isn’t clinically suitable. To cancel, email or call us with the card number.
Your care. The dentist’s clinical judgement always comes first. Holding a Gift Card doesn’t entitle anyone to treatment a dentist considers unsuitable.
Misuse. We may refuse to accept a Gift Card we reasonably believe has been copied, altered or obtained fraudulently.
Your information. We use the purchaser’s and recipient’s details to provide the Gift Card and the treatment, as explained in our privacy notice. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Changes. We may update these terms for future purchases. A Gift Card is governed by the terms in force when it was bought.
