Referring clinicians are kept informed at key stages of treatment, particularly for multi-appointment cases. A full written referral report including clinical notes, treatment records and relevant radiographs is provided on completion of treatment. Referring practices are contacted immediately if there are any significant findings or changes to the treatment plan during the referral episode.
Patients are always returned to their referring practice for ongoing routine care and we will never attempt to retain referred patients as EverySmile patients without the knowledge and agreement of the referring clinician.
